What are Primary Care Network (PCN) Enhanced Access appointments?
Enhanced Access provides additional GP, nursing, and healthcare professional appointments outside standard operating hours, including weekday evenings (6:39pm to 8:00pm) and Saturdays (9:00am to 5:00pm), hosted at our practice hub.
How do I book an evening or Saturday Enhanced Access appointment?
Enhanced Access slots are routine pre-bookable appointments. You can request one when completing our online triage form or by speaking with our reception team.
What should I do when the GP surgery is closed?
If you require medical assistance when the practice is closed and it cannot wait until we reopen, please call NHS 111 (free from landlines and mobiles) or visit 111.nhs.uk for guidance and routing to local out-of-hours services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.
